Hugo. Sure do. Means you are starving your pump for fluid. More than
likely, your system has an air lock. I had this problem, much like many
other folks do, and when I did my engine conversion, I drained and refilled
the system. Turned the wheel from stop to stop several times to bleed the
air out, and guess what? No more problem with this malady.

Give it a try, what have you to lose.
