Ray mentioned the band clamp that holds the heater fan mouth to the air
intake. I could never get the original metal clamp back on tight so i just
chucked it and used a long plastic tie instead. trick is to first loop the
plastic tie over the air intake very loosely then once the blower piece goes
over the intake piece snugly, draw the plastic tie over to the left and after
ensuring that it goes around the joint evenly, pull it tight as you can. If you
have to get to the blower fan again, jut cut the tie adn use another one. be
sure you use a tie with the same width as the metal band clamp. there are
plenty available in well stocked hardware stores.
