I may be reading you wrong but are you saying that both 1396 and 1696 are
Gris fumé and that you came up with metallic green as a translation? Or
that 1396 is gris fumé and 1696 is metallic green?

I'm asking because Gris Fumé is smoked grey (and not Smoke Grey,
that would be Gris Fumée). Metallic green would be Vert Métalisé.
I suspect the full name is Vert Forêt Métalisé.
