[Peugeot] 504 throttle cable

When I had a '78 504 (gas) a few years ago, at one point the throttle
began sticking open--I'd have to hook a toe under the gas pedal and
pull it up. I tried greasing it, which helped some. After a couple of
weeks of this, the cable abruptly broke one day, leaving me
stranded--fortunately not at an inconvenient time or place.

The (probably obvious) moral is: if your throttle cable starts to
stick, don't mess around as I did. Replace it at once!
