That's the trans going into lockup at 51 mph....for better economy no
slippage I guess

Mine has done that for 89k...I'm talking a mild thunk not metallic
clunk.
Don't get paranoid, not everyone has problems. It's good to do regular
trans oil change, however. Wouldn't hurt to check the driveline
either. Reading about problems on the list can get you nervous....I
just did a 4x oil change on mine to purge out all the old oil because I
felt guilty...not due to any problems.
