Today I had a tire (the left rear) go on the freeway at ~60 mph, for
the first time in 28 yrs of driving. I'd heard stories of cars going
out of control in this situation, and I always wondered what would
happen. But the 504 kept its composure very nicely as I slowed and
pulled over on the shoulder. Those chassis designers did something
right!
