Lug nuts for alloys

While casting about (successfully) for some lug nuts for my S wheels, I
spoke to a friend who's had several 505's, and he gave me the following
information:

It helps to put some anti-seize compound on the studs before mounting
wheels. You need to do it only once per stud, and then it's permanent.
If the washer separates from the nut, you'll have some inconvenience
and risk of the washer getting lost, but the nut and washer will still
hold the wheel on just fine.
