89 505 Turbo: ZF4 questions

I just got back from purchasing my 89 505 Turbo sedan (cheap tires + torsen +
hard throttle + turn = spin out). My 88's turbocharger blew on my way to look
at the 89. Talk about timing, so I'm rebuilding it right now and the car will
be for sale again as soon as it's done. The tranny's doin' some strange
stuff. When it's hot, it doesn't downshift to 1st, when it's cold, it stays
in 1st too long. Here are the speeds in gears when it's working normally. Can
someone confirm these?

<30 mph - downshift to 1st @ kickdown. upshift at 38-39
<60 mph - downshift to 2nd @ kickdown. upshift at 65
