I replaced mine with a GM DELCO ten years ago and it has been running fine.
Take the old one in to a major parts store and tell them to match it for
output and bolt size. Cars are dumb. All they want is electricity, the dont
know the brand. Think I had to change the relay to match as well. At the
time it cost me $39.00.
