I found a full text database for some magazines and have found articles on
Peugeots. Here is one interesting one from R&T

Road & Track, May96, Vol. 47 Issue 9, p180, 2p

Toward a more powerful Peugeot

I own and much appreciate a 1987 Peugeot 505STX, and I'd like to increase
the performance of its PRV [Peugeot-Renault-Volvo] V-6. Do you know of any
sources (domestic or foreign) that might help in this effort?

You might try calling Don Steger, owner of Delorean Motors Center Parts Club
in Garden Grove, California; (714) 554-6794. The DeLorean uses a version of
the same 2849-cc sohc V-6 that's fund in your Peugeot, although it overhangs
the rear axle, 911 style, in this gullwing sports car.

Though Steger knows of no bolt-on performance parts for the engine, he has
engineered single and twin-turbo systems for the DeLorean--including one
wild application for a Malaysian customer. It was a Back to the Future
replica, with a turbocharged Buick V-6 that made in excess of 500 bhp!
