I've got 17's on my Mi16 and they do look heaps better than standard
wheels.
At the moment I'm running the 14's and the acceleration is noticeably
faster and the ride isn't as harsh.
I would contemplate leaving them on but the others just look sooo much
better and i'm expecting my new 315mm brakes from the UK any day now so
they wouldn't fit anyway.
If you go to the visitors section of my site one of the cars is from
the US and also 17" wheels.
BTW the tyres are 215/40/17.
