Again, I am in Aussie, so how relevant to the Peugeots in the UK and
USA I don't know.
My 405's A/C was working fine up until about the start of winter. Just
prior to that the engine had been overhauled and rebuilt to fix the old
rings problem. What happens with the A/C now is that even on full fan
and full heat, only a lukewarm flow of heat comes in. Plenty of air
but not hot! Also the cooling seems to have stopped too. We've checked
the coolant and there's plenty there. The pump is working fine too -
the pulley engages/disengages ok. Does the car have an A/C ECU?
