If the turbo is like the STX, it will have two fuel pumps, one in the
tank and one inside the tank. The one in the tank will most likely be
the noisy one. Peugeot released a TSA on the fuel pump noise years
ago, so the noise is inherent to the pump and is not a sign of
impending failure. I wouldn't worry about it.

Interesting: my v-6 gets 22 mph as well with the AC when travelling at
high speed.
