Im saying there are plenty of aftermarket rims sold in 4x108 for Audi and
Ford. Plenty.

I have actually put CCD rims on my 405 from my friend's Audi 4000CSQ just
to see what they look like. Now..the offset was way wrong, and the rim
would have rubbed the caliper had I driven with it..but the wheel fit the
bolt pattern.

So...if you want to use 4x108 Audi or Ford rims, you need spacers to take
them from 35 or 38mm offset to around a 20mm offset. That's all.

You said below and I quote "there is no aftermarket rim with our bolt
pattern", which is clearly incorrect. There are even aftermarket rims
with our bolt pattern AND offset...you just have to import from Europe.

BTW...I have confirmed that TSW makes wheels in Peugeot lug pattern and
offset. The Hock R, and a couple others.
