Re: interchageability of cruise control on 505's

I've tried to replace the vacume servo unit (the black rubber thing that
actually moves the throttle flap) of 91 SW8 2.2L ZDJL (86 GL has same
engine as long as it's not a libert edition) with one from 88 turbo auto
and 89 Mi16 but they are different. I also heard that 85 has different
computers than 86 and up. I think rest of the system is similar from 86
and up. I guess the only differnce is the linkage from servo unit to
throttle bodies of different engines.
