Comment on weathering of tires. I can't speak on auto tires, but bicycle
tires do weather with age (do to ozone attacking the rubber), and are to be
pulled if sitting on the shelf more than several months. (I doubt that any
store does it, though.) I suspect what is true of bicycle rubber is true if
auto rubber. That's my guess.
