The LED is not just the detonation sensor alone. It can report various
health aspects related to both detonation and the Ignition ECU

An 87 is an N9TEA

2.2 blinks means a bad signal from the sensor. I'd try cleaning the
contacts of the connectors on the path from there to the EZ200K ECU which
is under the pass foot panel. You can measure that path by disconnector
the connector from the ECU. You should meaure on pins 12-13 of the harness
side. It should be 270-330Kohms
