Hi All,
I've just read article regarding intercooler which is usually used for turb=
o engine, the purpose is to cool air going into the engine so that the engi=
ne has higher density of oxygen.
But if I look at my ZDJL and some carburator engines there is water coolant=
which has hot temperature going through the throttle body or carburator an=
d then return to the engine. I think it will make the throttle body or carb=
urator hot, so the intake air will become hot too.
Does anyone on this list know what the purpose of this ? Is it required for=
cars operating in tropical countries ?
After reading the intercooler article, how effective is it to install inter=
cooler on non-turbo engine like ZDJL ? =
