    Thanks for all the input..

    I checked a few things last night. the Fan that is running off the pulleys [
    the one on the front of the engine ] is Always engaged. with the power on or
    off the fan will not spin freely. I pulled the cap off the radiator and off
    the over flow container. I soaked both of them in hot soapy water. The
    Radiator part that has the 2 wires connected to it that warns you when the
    radiator is low on water; This part had black rubbery gunk all over it. Plus
    when I rinsed it out allot of small black specks of Rubber? came out of the
    small holes. On the way in today the car pretty much stayed at the 1/2 way
    mark, but it was overcast and in the low 80s. I will flush the radiator
