    If the fuse is okay, and the other seat functions are okay, the problem
    could just be the switch. Perhaps merely dirt or corrosion.

    The first thing I'd do is get a can of "TV tuner cleaner" at Radio Shack
    or a hardware store and spray it (generously) into the opening around the
    switch from all angles. Work the switch back and forth a lot. It might
    just surprise you. Then check the fuse again. All that liquid could clean
    it up enough to get power flowing, only to cause a bit of a short. That
    could blow the fuse, but it's a small price to pay for getting the switch
    working again.
