    Hi Hugo: Yes- you can contact the Citroen Car Club- www.citroens.net The one
    I recommend talking to is Pete Smay- he's one of the resident 2CV mavens, he
    can be reached at Citroens@aol.com or Pete.Smay@Notes.airtouch.com. I will
    say this- it sounds very tempting at 3500.00, but the worst thing about a 2CV
    is rust. The floors
    and the chassis are prone to it, and the body of an AK around the seams and
    in the rear can be especially bad- check it very carefully. Make sure things
    haven't been bondo'ed over- the panels all have a sort of "layered"
    appearance- box members welded right on top, panels overlap, and so on. At
