There were a few "touring" road bikes, using Peugeot's own homemade
"Carbolite 103" that were at the bottom of the food chain. They did toss in,
briefly, one higher end model for serious riders.
At the bottom of the racing bike food chain was the straight gauge, again
Peugeot made, "HLE" tubing bike, all French components (cheap, but alright
    stuff).
Next up the line were the "Reynolds 501" tubed bikes, again French equiped,
offered in "good and better" versions.
Next up was the "VITUS" steel frame bike, with entry level Campy drivetrain,
Modolo brakes, more serious racing components.
Near the top was the Professional level "Reynolds 531" framed bike, with top
    end Campy stuff.
At the top of the food chain was the home grown, Peugeot made, carbon fiber
