Chuck,
Glad to hear at least one Peugeot enthusiast was at the race.
I watched the race on Fox Sport and have agree, it appeared to be an all
Ferrari crowd. There must have been a hundred Ferrari flags waving in the
stands after the finish.
I had thought about attending the race and bringing a Peugeot flag, but
after seeing the Peugeot engine seize up and die, I'm glad I didn't.
I guess I could have offered the flag to be drapped over the fallen
combatant chassis. Do they bury dead engines with Honors?
Now that Peugeot is out of F1 I guess we're going to have to wait for
Peugeot to return to the US with the World Rally Championship, at least they
win in that sport.
