When do you buy new tires?

    I know the tire companies tell us that a tire is good up until 3/32nd of
    inch of tread, but yipes that's a tiny amount of tread.

    I'm I the only one squeamish about taking tires down that low?

    I'm I OK at 3/32nd's or do any of you get new tires before that?
