All,
I think I have an alternate solution to the starting problem.
I used a Ford starter relay in this solution and so far it is
working!
I re-routed the small wire from the starter to the 'S' terminal
on the Ford starter relay. Then I ran a 12 guage wire from the
positive battery terminal to the input side of the Ford relay
(as would be normal for this relay). I ran a 12 gauge wire from
the output side to the small terminal on the starter.
Has anyone else tried this solution and how has it worked
for you?
