Factory size for the front and rear speakers on 405 sedan 6 1/2" or 6 1/2" Oversize (which is slightly bigger then standard 6 1/2")
I was able to fit Boston Accoustic 6.5" component set (tweeter and woofer seperate) on front in factory location perfectly. For the rear, depends on which brand of speakers you buy, you may be able to retain the factory grill, if not you can always use the supplied grills. When ever possible try to find 6.5" oversize. Some manufacturers makes that size and it fits perfectly on 405.
