This is one thing I wish my 505 has that my 405 did. However, I'll
add two things to Doug's list:

    1) A removeable faceplate. If it costs $20 more to get a unit with
one, spend the extra few bucks - and use it. This can be the biggest
deterrent to a broken window and mangled console.

    2) A working power antenna. If you don't have an antenna, a) it
can't be broken by a random drunk, and b) doesn't immediately scream
'STEAL MY HEAD UNIT' to a passing thief.
