I'd be surprised if any world-class racing series had even heard of
AmsOil, never mind used it.
What interests me more than what Dick Trickle (gotta love this guy's
name), Ricky Rudd or Jim-Bob Bodean use in their dinosaur 1960s
technology racecars, is what the big boys in F1, FIA rally and Le
Mans use in theirs. A 19,000 rpm F1 engine strains its lubricants
far more than a 7000 rpm pushrod V-8 does.
I don't mean to sound too skeptical, but the evangelical-style
meetings and "word of mouth" format of some of these products cause
me to recall the roving medicine vendors of a century ago. It's like
they're letting you, and only you and a few other close friends, know
