What do you mean by compatible? European glass 405 headlights are plug 'n
play in US model 405. Exception of some modification to the wiring. (H4 vs.
9004) However if you are just trying to replace the glass part (lens) then
it wouldn't be compatible. There are two types of reflector, single and
dual(even more wiring modification) and 3 different types of level
adjustment, manual, hydralic, and electrical (but won't be functional in US
model unless you install dashboard switch and all).
