Well first I would make sure the TPS is operating as it should--just
use an ohmmeter to verify it is working like a potentiometer should.
Next, make sure that 3 pin connector is in good shape and all the
terminals are clean and secure.
You may also want to test the throttle pot using an ohmmeter from the
ignition ECU connector (to verify the wiring harness is good). I
believe the TPS uses pins 21, 22, and 23. I'm pretty sure pin 22 was
the wiper contact, though I don't have my N9T wiring diagram handy at
the moment. Again verify the ignition ECU connector and terminals
(and the pins on the ECU) are all in good order.
Once that is ruled out, I'd suspect the ignition ECU is recieving a
bad basic-injection-duration signal from the injection ECU. With the
damaged resistor and board that you've already found, it is probable
that this signal could be corrupted from inside the injection ECU.
Basic injection duration is derived from 3 things--the AFM, ambient
air temp, and altitude... And you've checked all those circuits
relentlessly already. So, it's a safe bet that the problem is inside
the injection ECU.
