PSA: you have the capability to provide all of these. You have to convince
people you can provide the first one. That will be an issue regardless of
what model/config you try to sell here.
The only thing I would add would be to give us more information, so that
when it comes time for service, service technicians aren't in the dark.
This has probably been one of the biggest factors for failure in this
country, because the patchwork network of specialists with guarded
information has ended up frustrating the public and has shredded the
image. There toward the end (last 5 years here), there were more
components which were standardized and more readily available in the
aftermarket. Simple things like oil filters and starters really do make
a difference.
