Hmm......that's a pretty nifty modus operandi, Peter. Posting messages
that were sent personally to you only, onto the list.

Shall I also re-post my original message to the list which called for a
    mirror with totally clean glass?

And perhaps also your e-mail which stated that you had a unit 'intact
with glass that is very good'??

Perhaps I should go further and post your message that said you'd gladly
give a refund 'to create goodwill (rather) than disappoint a fellow
    Peugeot owner at any time'???

I don't think I will--the list is surely tired of this matter. However,
there's no way I was going to let you post those e-mail messages here
without my side of the story. Your characterization of your last post as
"The Real Story" is laughable as it totally leaves out any of your own
e-mails (alluded to above) which would most certainly lend solid
    credence to my stance!

I'm actually smiling here thinking about how you just cannot accept
responsiblity for selling someone a defective, faulty mirror. You've
conveniently sifted through your personal e-mail correspondence with me
and cut and pasted that which serves your purposes to present a rather
lopsided story. It's all rather amazing...however, you are right on one
thing. This is 'The End of the Story'. And I hope you don't depend on
selling parts for a living because I doubt you'll have many takers
    anymore on this list.

P.S. - Thanks to all those that personally e-mailed me with support.
Much appreciated! And to the one person that e-mailed me that sided with
Peter, hey, that's cool.....we can all have our own opinions.
