A bank draft is usually cheaper than a money order, Visa is quicker.
Depending on what the parts are, if they are not to be bent or fragile,
forget the mail route as I have found out over the last few months ( bent
head gasket, busted starter solenoid, destroyed box and tank inside the
box). UPS usually delivers unmarked any package of any weight, I try to
avoid FedEX ( 50$ US for documents from Virginia) international, they are
very expensive. These have been some of my experiences.
