Turbo Head questions

Consumes coolant depending on how much boost is used. More use of turbo...
more coolant used.
As much as 6oz in a week.
Water droplets on oil cap.
Smooth idle and no visible water vapor from exhaust.
Never been past the second white temp line.
Never seen more than 12 lbs boost
15,000 since welded Ericson head.
Dad says the head gasket is fine and that the head is cracked.It was a
welded up reman head. It was done by the book v carefully. :((
One friend says pull the intake off and push aside then remove the head.
I was thinking remove the head WITH the intake on. Any tips.
IF it is cracked I'll try get a Danielson 200ps Kit. :)
