Always put these transactions on a major credit card. I am amazed that most
people don't realise they are not liable for charges to their card.
Basically if you feel you have been wronged the Visa people will reverse
the charges and you can return the goods, or whatever to gain satisfaction.
Once a money order is cashed it's gone, not chance for recourse.
There are no extra fees either, only exchange, which is usually very good
throught your CC.
