I'm with Charlie here... I just use my Visa card... I've ordered a few
different parts from the UK in the last few months for my Neon (of all
things) and i just gave them my Visa number. The bank calculates the
exchange rate, makes it easy, and you still get all the protection of a
    credit card for fraud/contesting, etc.

A friend of mine is in the process of ordering more Neon parts (UK Neons got
cool stuff US ones didn't...higher speedos, different tails, etc.) and he's
just using his Visa card as well. No problems so far, except in having to
stop and think to convert my American English into English English... I was
amazed how different the 2 languages are in every day conversation when it
comes to car parts, even tho i've known a few English people.

I asked for an instrument cluster, they clarified that as a 'speedometer
head' in English English... the list goes on. :)

I've made several purchases from the UK, Peugeot and other (via email or
web site); including one return. I just used the Visa card. Paypal may
    also be an option.
