VISA and Master card for overseas purchases used to be free in the US, I
was told most of them have started to charge a fee of 1 to 2% of
purchases, at least that was the case with my cards at my credit union
and bank of america. If anyone know of a bank offering VISA or Master
card that does not charge a fee on international purchases please let me
    know.
