Joe,
I have sent and received funds in US dollar using paypal to the UK.
Paypal may be the only way that has no fee associated with the
transaction. You as well as the other party must have a paypal account
set up of course.
BTW, got the 604 rings thanks. Shoulda let you know sooner but deleted
some e-mail of yours so did not have address.
