I found a tool called a dog bone (looks like a dog bone), and I'm not sure
exactly what it is for, maybe plumbing, it has a bunch of square nubs
sticking off the ends, I had to file down one of the squares for a perfect
fit. When in France I purchased the official tool, but I found it to long to
use without jacking and the wrong angle so I still use the dog bone.
