Joe,
The Z-Beam was only ever available in 178 mm diameter (7"). Cibié's
5.75" lights were never available in the Z-Beam pattern. Having
written that, the EU had a 7"/5.75" headlight adaptor for the 505,
available at the time through Peugeot Boutique. I have the part
numbers if you are interested. So you could use Z beams on the 505
in that way. If you can find them.
I have a set of nearly new, perfect Z-Beams in my 404 Coupé (sorry,
not for sale) and they are by far the best lights on low beam I've
ever seen, far better than 504 Euro lights.
Cibié no longer makes the Z-Beam, too bad. Not enough cars use round
lights to make it economical I guess. They haven't made the
excellent 7" round Biode for some time either, also a shame.
