Narva halogen

I'm looking for a set of replacments for the 100/90W H4 Hella's (made in
Hungary BTW). One of them burned out after about a year and I'm not
happy about their short life. I got the following Narva H4 bulb p/n's
from Julie at Disortex. I'm looking for specifications on light output
and life expectancy on these lamps. A web search turned out negative.
Anyone here have it or know where to look? Julie does not have them
either and is requesting it from her supplier.
