    I don't know about the official life expectancy specs, but I do have
    personal experience which I have already shared.

    Also, since it is an H4 type halogen lamp, I would expect their light
    output to be similar to most any other H4 halogen lamp of the same
    wattage (clear glass of course, not the worthless blue dichroic
    glass).

    I'm not sure what the Xenon gas does for the lamp, perhaps Noble
    gasses like that help to further reduce the plating effect that the
    halogen gas already limits.
