A generic question: What is the cause & cure for transmission shudder? The
wife's SATURN has it (mild) between 1st and 2nd gears. I'm having the trans
fluid replaced, but it's not that old and the color is good. Back in the
Stone Age when I was a mechanic, auto trans had bands that would need
adjusting. To my surprise, modern cars do not. (Shows how old I am). So, I'm
clueless on these new fangled transmissions. Thanks, crew.
