    100/80 watt bulbs (overwatt) can NOT have a European certification, for
    off-road use only!
    BTW Osram, etc. all have legal yellow, semi yellow and blue bulbs; yellow
    not permitted in Germany, US, ... But OK in France, UK...
    High tech legal wattage bulbs include Osram Silver Star and Philips Vision
    Plus (?)
    Blue is NOT better than white, Yellow is better in poor weather conditions.
    Overwatts should not be used in plastic headlights
