The XD2 was a big improvement because it had no more sleeves to leak
The older XD88-90 was a sleeved engine and big trouble in cold climates
It is unlikely that some XD2 engines even if they were sold on the moon were sleeved
IT is possible for a machine shop to resleeve a one piece block
But I doubt that this is what is in this kit
It is usual on eBay: If your not sure guess
    Let the buyer beware

This piston and liner kit for the XD2, was it ever available as a wet sleeve engine in Canada or the US?
