  To All.. thanks in advance

    I post this question on the board and I got several conflicting
responses on the Sunroof cable removal process.. I'm taking the
cable off of a parts car..and don't want to damage it. I can't
determine how to unattach all the pieces so I can extract the cable..
My hope is someone will provide some insight to this tricky process..

 1. I've disconnected the cable from right behind the rear
compartment
    light (but where the black cable meets the white cable a
    white plastic looking nut is secured to the frame).

   Q. Whats the proper way to unattach the cable after removing the 2
      screws.

 2. In the trunk, I've unattached the white plastic part
    (that the white cable runs thru) from the motor..

   Q. is that plastic piece suppose to seperate from the white cable,
