I would suggest that you find the module for that security system, then
contact whichever aftermarket supplier deals with that system. No Peugeot
models of that vintage were equipped that way that I know of

Hello,
I have a 89 505S and Was wondering what the heck the lock under my
steering wheel is for. It has a key that is similar to a freezer key
and you put the key in and push the lock in.
Also, I do have a security system aparently, but no remote. I have
seen the red light (not working) that is next to the cruise control
button. Have also seen the horn that has an on/off switch under the
hood. Do I need a remote for this? How do I work this?
