    The quote from sniffpetrol.com is not too far from the truth. I
    remember reading an article in which someone from Toyota was quoted
    as saying that Toyota had to make a number of changes when working
    with Peugeot/Citroen on the joint project because the PSA's product
    development was much slower than Toyota's. It is interesting that
    Toyota is handling the design and production and Peugeot was
    relegated to organizing the suppliers. I can imagine that Toyota
    couldn't stomach the idea of a Toyota designed and produced by
    Peugeot. My guess is that the 107 will be a truly reliable and
    durable Peugeot, although the Toyota reliability might be marred a
    bit by European-sourced parts (particularly the electronics).
