A wind whistle is most often caused by the sunroof--either the rubber
seal is smashed or the steel lid needs to be adjusted to effect a
    better seal.

Wind noise around your ears is most often caused by a worn pivot in
the window regulator--causing the glass to not sit just right in the
channel-run seal. Of course, a misaligned door or sagging/damaged door
    seal may also cause this.

Good luck... I had a time and a half quieting down my 24 year old
beast... But now the worst intrusion at 80mph in the diesel motor. YAY
