thats totally AWESOME ! it was so exciting to hear about this joint venture when it was announced and its even better now that their is a product of it! THis must be the best marriage yet in the history of the auto industry. the two companies so complimentary in so many ways.
that sour drivel regretting the lack of individuality of the models on common platforms is atavastic trash! everybodys doing it these days, AND IT WORKS GREAT for sellign cars, and that IS the name of this game. for the sake of just ONE of myriad examples, come to canada and see teeny little honda civics running around all dressed up as Acura ELs. The only people unhappy are ones who would never plunk down the cash to buy a new car anyway-- the very few who fancy themselves as "purists" and stick to their own personal ten year old ideas of what their chosen badge should be.
Peug-ota what a great and fun car that would be.
